1. Overview
IdeasVault is committed to protecting your privacy. All your data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account.
2. Information We Collect
- Ideas and Notes: All text and voice-transcribed content is stored in your personal iCloud account (CloudKit) and remains private to you.
- Voice Data: Voice capture uses Apple’s Speech framework. Audio is processed on-device whenever possible.
- AI Processing: All idea evaluation and tagging is performed locally on your device using Apple Intelligence (FoundationModels).
3. Data Storage and Sync
- iCloud (CloudKit): Your data is synced across your own devices using your Apple ID. Apple provides the underlying infrastructure, but we (the developers) cannot access your data.
- No Third-Party Servers: We do not use any external servers to store or process your ideas.
4. No Data Sharing
We do not share your data with any third parties. Your data never leaves your private storage environments.
